Improve your employee wellbeing

Our training course will give your employees the tools they need to help improve the mental health and wellbeing of their colleagues at work. This will also have a positive impact on your organisation’s costs through lower staff presenteeism and absenteeism.

In addition to the 1.5 hour course, every participant will also have access to ongoing support from our trainers, who will be happy to answer any relevant questions on mental health for up to 12 months. Any queries outside of our expertise will be referred to our psychologists.

• A minimum of 6 people and maximum of 18 people on one course at a time.
• Once the course is paid this is none refunable.
• If the learner is 10 minutes late, the learner cannot join the course and will be still charged the price of the course.
