Created by our team of psychologists, once your need has been identified through consultation, and goals set, you will be guided through one of our online courses. You will also have access to our library of additional resources, and helped to keep on track with 18 points of contact with your dedicated therapist.

This helps you stay on track with the course you choose from our Wellbeing Support (22 courses). It includes a consultation and 3 x 10 minute sessions each week over 6 weeks to help you form new habits.
