MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING AT WORK
Mental health is just as important as physical health – in the workplace, an increased awareness of mental health and common issues that many people face can break down the stigma, improve morale, and point staff in the direction of the support they need. The role of a mental health first aider is to be a point of contact for anyone experiencing depression, anxiety or stress. They are trained to spot the early signs of a mental health problem, to listen and support in a non-judgemental way, and signpost to the relevant support.
Investing in our mental health first aider training can prevent employee absenteeism, boost morale, and support productivity across your teams. Created by our team, it’s available to organisations all over the UK, and is easy to access online.
