We believe that everyone deserves the right to a happy and fulfilling life, and are determined to achieve our key mission, to provide accessible, inexpensive, and quality mental health advice and services to the public.
Become a member and get access to a library of self-help materials, including, online courses, mood and lifestyle questionnaires, animations, music, meditations, and journal. Learn the art of relaxation at your leisure.

Motivate Me Coaching to help guide you through tough times and identify and realise your mental health goals. This includes the initial consultation and 18 telephone, MS Teams, or text conversations, plus access to our silver level membership for the duration of the coaching, with our compliments. More time can be made available to you if you wish to have longer.
Bronze Membership
Introductory courses
Our introductory courses on anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia help raise awareness of the symptoms of these common problems and teach easy ways to improve mood and sleep. Our expert knowledge and wellbeing support comes directly from the experiences of our lead psychologist, who has treated clients for the same conditions, in the therapy room over many years. Strategies are evidenced based and include mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy techniques, and relaxation exercises.
Whether you’re struggling to concentrate on work tasks due to depression; managing excessive demands by juggling work and home life; or feel exhausted due to disrupted sleep; our introductory courses Educate, Treat, and Encourage positive mental health practice and help you maintain positive wellbeing and improve existing mental health conditions.
In our animations, characters can be seen participating in work and everyday situations. These unveil the underlying causes of mental health problems and offer ways of addressing issues that prove as barriers to positive mental health.
Our meditation videos provide daily practice and focus the mind on the ‘here and now,’ with the aim of improving concentration and mindfulness. Diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualisation techniques are included.
Silver Membership
Enjoy all that Bronze members can access, plus six core, premium courses from our Work and Success; Relationships; Emotions; and Healthy Living libraries.
Each course has lessons with new techniques and exercises to practice and master over the duration of several weeks.

1. Anxious to calm
This course is helpful for those wanting to develop an understanding of anxiety and its harmful effects, and how to apply this knowledge to real-life settings, through easy-to-follow exercises. Shared evidence-based strategies will allow you to see how to apply your learning to work break times, a spare five minutes at home, and social settings, to regain your inner calm.
2. Secrets to a restful night’s sleep
Adults who are tired of not getting a good night’s sleep will find this course beneficial. If you’re willing to make changes to your daily habits and night-time routines, a world of soundful slumber awaits you.
You’ll access expert guidance to tackle your insomnia head on. You’ll be encouraged to identify the underlying causes to your sleep issues, whether that’s worrying thoughts at bedtime, poor sleep hygiene, or something else. You’ll discover new habits that will help bring about those hard-to-catch eight hours.
3. Stress less, achieve more
This course is for adults who want to learn how to balance a full and rewarding life, pursuing goals and opportunities whilst at the same time keeping mentally and physically well. Being aware of your limits, and ensuring you build in time to relax and connect will help you strive for greatness and meet your human need for achievement.
With this course, you’ll access professional support that will teach you the techniques you need to keep your mental wellbeing intact. You’ll be able to build positive habits that will enable you to enjoy the results for a long time. Expect to see positive changes in your productivity, relationships, and self-composure.
4. Optimistic thinking for professionals
Helps employees change their thinking to enhance their productivity, working relationships, and professionalism.
Includes:
- Expert advice on how to savour good experiences.
- Evidence-based strategies on how to use work breaks to increase productivity.

Curious to know the ins and outs of an ancient method and bring awareness to the present moment? In this course, you’ll learn how to build mindfulness into your daily routine. With our expert advice, based on years of clinical and educational experience, you will gradually discover the benefits of mindfulness and become a more zen individual.
You’ll learn easy-to implement practices that will help quieten your mind, improve your attention, and reduce distractibility from internal and external influences.

New Content each month
Each month, you’ll receive a new video support package that explores a specific mental health topic, such as workplace anxiety or stress, at a deeper level. You’ll be able to use our library of case studies to share at team meetings and keep your employees mindful of the things they can do to fight anxiety, depression, and stress.
Our Gold members have access to the Bronze and Silver library contents, and all the premium courses. Build up your mental health and relaxation skills over time, working on one lesson per week to improve your wellbeing.
Individual and Corporate Gold Wellness Membership holders can choose to learn about a wide range of issues affecting mental health, with subjects from anxiety, to Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and mindful listening at work.
Introduce the Content to your team leaders
Use YPS Psychology’s content across your workplace, at team meetings, staff reviews, and induction training days. The materials can support your employees’ mental health at CPD events. Offer the full mental wellness package as a toolkit your staff can access any time of the day or night, seven days a week, wherever they are.
